I recently had a wonderful experience at Sak’s.. From start to finish, the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, The hair wash features a massaging chair that allowed me to put me to put my feet up, This was followed by a delicious latte to enjoy during my haircut. . My stylist, James, did an excellent job with my haircut and styling, The conversation was enjoyable, with lots of laughs. Overall, Sak’s provided a feel-good experience with top-notch service. I left feeling pampered and fabulous.

Lauren was great. She listened to what I wanted and using her experience and knowledge, transformed my unruly hair into a much more manageable and attractive style. Thank you. The young lady that washed my hair and massaged my scalp was excellent too. 👍

The team at Saks always make me very welcome from the moment I step into the salon. Everyone is friendly and the service is always 10 out of 10. Kacy my stylist aways delivers to my satisfaction and I love my hair and how it looks and feels when I leave the salon. I’m as always, a very happy and content customer.

Lauren always makes a fantastic job of my hair. She is such a lovely person who is a total professional. Everyone in the salon is welcoming and friendly and I always feel relaxed after my visit.
